I am so excited about quitting smoking and I couldn't have done it without the help of these patches.

I’m taking this for energy & focus! I’ve been sooo productive! It feels like a low dose of adderall. I have to cut one patch in 4 pieces since I’m just starting!

I used all three steps to stop vaping. They helped a great deal. The parches stayed in place well and were a good value I like this product

Shipping on this was fast. However I’m questioning whether or not there’s any nicotine In These patches! I’d been using the name brand 14mg from Walmart so I ordered the 21mg of this brand. I don’t recommend! I was 14 days using the other patches so ty minimal cravings! Now with these I’m having intense cravings and not the results I’d been having! Additionally they do not stick and I have to use a bandaid to keep it on all day. Moral of the story is spend the extra money for something that’s going to work!

Patches work but if you sweat it isn’t going to stick. Whether it’s at work or gym good luck that was my experience. I switched to just nicotine gum and weened my self down. These work but depends on your daily activities.

These are really helping me not to smoke!!!

Update: Noticed the boxes have either UK, France, or US addresses, but the label on the shrink wrap has Made in China. The step2 had nothing to indicate origin on the actual box/instructions, mfg 10/2024. Step 3 does say China on the box, mfg 11/2024.I got the step 2 and the step 3 of this product and reviewing both items. The difference between the steps is 14mg per patch vs 7 mg per patch. The step 2 is a bit larger than the step 1 but it is not double the size, maybe about 50% larger.The nice thing about step 2 is the patch has score lines so you can easily remove just half the patch. This gives you two 7mg patches in one. Really nice if you are ready to transition to step 3 and still have some step 2's remaining. On step 2 patch could last 2 days, half each day. But, I would make sure you store the left over half in the pouch and keep it dry.I am using the patches for other issues such as joint pain and I have found them helpful for me. I find that 3.5mg is adequate so I cut the step 3 in half, or, cut each half of the step 2 in half again. Sometimes I will do a 7mg, but can't due it for more than a couple days as it can get me a bit jittery. This happens for me with other brands too. I do find that I get better sleep if I remove the 7mg at bedtime. The 3.5mg doesn't seem to bother me at night. When I stop using the nicotine, my heel and joint pain returns.The patches stick well and usually survive a shower if I forget to remove it. Sometimes there are slight glue marks on my skin around the edges of the patch. The only time I had trouble with a patch sticking is when I put it in a place where the skin was flexing and creasing where the patch was stuck. The patch was not able to flex enough to follow the movement (and was not a recommended location). It did stick for most of the day.So, these patches seem to work the same as a different brand I have used.

These patches work great. I was previously using the Walmart brand of nicotine patches, but they were way more expensive, and adhesive was less strong, especially when I got sweaty at work. I love that there is 30 in the box.
