Amazing, do buy it!!
Love this product, from someone who deals with bad period cramps and bad ibs cramps it’s amazing. First one did not charge properly but their contact support was amazing and sent me a new one that now charges properly and they fixed the issue extremely quickly! Recommend to buy! The heat is lovely and super warm! It helps with pain relief and helps with no having the extra weight of a hot water bottle! The timer works great! Definitely worth the value of money, it’s a great product!!!

Best kept secret to engender world peace
Bought “instant heat” pads for 15 yr old daughter. She sufffers from adhd, as most kids do these days, so forever losing, forgetting to reorder, forgetting to use when she has them. Swore blind they were a miracle cure for her period pains. Fast forward 3 months - “why don’t you use these again, why haven’t you asked me to buy again etc. etc” Thought I’d check on an “everlasting solution”. Found this. Not one to review unless a damn good reason. This is one of those. It claims it doesn’t work for everyon, and other reviewers confirm that. It seems for the vast majority it does. It begs the question (for me at least as a concerned father and once husband) how on earth these devices (and the short term single use pads) aren’t used as a default by almost all women round the world. For my daughter, the single use pads and now this “never run out, always on” COMPLETELY eliminates her period pains / literally within a minute or so of applying. Last night, second using, she fell asleep with it still going, something that would have normally taken hours to achieve with all the associated pain - to the extent she woke up the next am 100% refreshed, but found the device had run out of charge - of course it had. She’d almost mediates cellar asleep, pain free. A first for all the years since she started menstruating. I just cannot believe there are so many (ie almost all) women around the world that put up ( and the rest of the family too) with the monthly cycle of misery whether is a £16 solution that will remove that pain FOR LIFE! I know it’s a sample of one in my case. But she would NEVER admit to something like this working for her unless it was a more than 100% “cure”. I say again - why on earth are there so many women out there who allow their and others lives to be a misery 4 days every month for 30 years or more when ther is this blindingly simple and brilliant solution? No - apparently won’t work for everyone- but look at other reviews. Appears to be around 85% successful. Do yourself or someone you care about a favour. And if it doesn’t work, return it - what have you got to lose?! (This review in now way sponsored by anyone other than my desire to promote a more enjoyable life for people and relationships around the world…)

A very good product
Brought for my wife who is very impressed with it. I have also tried it and can be used for heat or massage to any part of the body. There is a soft material that covers the pad, so touch and feel on the skin is fairly comfortable and adds to the heat. The holding band is adjustable, so can be fitted around how tight you want it and also dependent on what you are doing while wearing it. Quite a few options to select for heat levels and modes for the vibration. I found the timer option pretty handy, as it then you can forget about it and know that you have used it for a set amount of time, or when wearing to bed it will switch off when using the timer. The pad is smaller than what I expected, which was better as I thought initially it looked quite bulky in the photos, so it being more compact make it is easier for packing, transporting or carrying. It is early days, but so far so good - my wife hasn't quite got rid of the hot water bottle yet, but hopes to. Also glad that it charges with USB-C adapter.

Comfortable, Portable Heat Relief That Actually Works When You Need It
I bought the Slimpal AI heat pad for period pain relief after getting tired of relying on hot water bottles that cool too quickly and restrict movement. From the first use, it delivered steady, comforting heat within seconds and made a noticeable difference to cramps and lower back discomfort. The cordless, wearable design is genuinely practical, as it lets me move around, sit at a desk, or lie down without adjusting anything. It feels lightweight, sits discreetly under clothing, and the belt stays in place without digging in. The overall build feels smooth and well made, and the controls are intuitive enough to use even when you are uncomfortable. What really stands out is how customisable the experience is. The multiple heat levels and vibration modes allow you to tailor the relief depending on how intense the pain is, and the timer and auto shut off give peace of mind. Battery performance has been reliable for several hours of use, which is more than enough for flare ups during the day or evening. While the vibration setting can feel a little strong at first, turning it down or switching to heat only resolves that easily. For the price, it offers excellent value compared to similar portable heating pads, especially given the consistent heat and freedom of movement. I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, practical alternative to traditional heat therapy for cramps or back pain.

Stick to hot water bottle waste of money and breaks after one use
Used it once! Then stopped working. It was warm but didn't really ease the pain the small time I used it. It covers a small area also, see pictures for size. Would say size of my hand. hot water bottle covers more and hotter. The vibration is annoying 😑 and not silent as all so less you wanna sound like a walking sex toy keep that part off. Fabric on the skin is soft. Basically dont waste your money keep to a hot water bottle. Someone who's has long suffering period (endo) (pmdd) fibro. Its bot the best item and is going back. There was no info on how to reset also I pressed buttons and nothing happen. One use only!!

This is the information I was looking for when I was trying to figure out which model to buy. I ended up getting the S2 in Dec. 2024 (as pictured, it’s the one with the diagonal lines across). It’s 4W and has a 2500mAh battery. I primarily use it on levels 1 and 2, alternating between them throughout the day. I never use the vibration as my belly is very sensitive so I can’t speak to the battery life for that. Using it on levels 1 and 2 I can generally get 3.5-4 hours out of a fully charged battery. Not great, but works for my needs and it seems like most of these type of devices are similar in that regard. I actually ended up getting a second S2 a few months later, just so I would be able to use them for a full workday when needed. One major con is that they take forever to charge. I haven’t timed it but I think it’s around 4 hours from completely dead to fully charged. But again, that’s why I waited for a sale and bought the second one. If you have it tucked into the waistband of your pants, sometimes the buttons with get pressed if you bend down, and you might unexpectedly end up turning on the vibration or turning up the temp. I kind of wish I had gotten the one with the buttons on the side so this wouldn’t happen so often. The device is relatively thin and not noticeable at all under a hoodie, the waist strap is soft and comfortable and I haven’t had any problems with any part of it breaking or falling apart so far! The surface area of the device is a little larger all around than my hand from fingertips to wrist, much like the pictures make it look. I was worried it would be a bit small, and it isn’t as good as a larger heat source but you can beat it for portability. I use it probably 5/7 days a week and the battery seems to be holding up well. Overall I would recommend it for anyone who needs heat on the go but wants to be a little more discrete than hauling around a hot water bottle!

That time of the month can be very hard to handle and deal with, and cramps can be no joke as everyone faces different pain. I was looking for a way to help my daughter get through these as well they can be harder so months than others. We have tried a few styles and by far this one is the best one we have tried. Not only does this come in great condition, but it doesn't take too long to charge it up and get it going. Not only does this have a heating feature but it also has a vibration to help loosen the muscles up when tense. The heating setting features 4 levels that allow you to pick how warm or hot you want the device to be. This works great for the front of the back depending on where you find the pain is sitting. There is a timer feature that allows you to set it for 1, 2, or 3 hours to help if you maybe nap or you're relaxing on a couch. Then the vibration can be set to 4 levels as well to match the heating mode. This unit is lightweight and easy to operate and even walk around in. I watched her wear it the other day around her back and it stayed in place, even when she was walking around and tidying up. The back has a soft fabric on it so it will be gentle up against the skin, it will help with keeping it in place when up against a shirt or pants. This unit is incredibly lightweight and shouldn't get in the way. The clip is nice and flat so no pinching of the skin in any way at all if it comes into contact with it. Overall this has made that awful time a bit better and more relaxing. The other nice feature is you can travel with it if necessary as it is wireless. You can hide it under a shirt or hoodie and no one would know. I do recommend this to anyone who faces bloating, cramps, or back pain.

I have been having trouble with my lower back and this couldn't have come along at a better time. I was looking through my closet for the gel packs that you heat up in the microwave and clip on, but I've never liked those. They start out too hot and then lose their heat too quickly. And, you are all settled on the couch warming up your back and you have to get up and heat up the gel again. It is my bane. I ordered this heating pad because I had never seen anything like this before. When it arrived I charged it for several hours and then strapped it on so it landed somewhere near my lower back. I was able to move it around like a backwards fanny pack until it was resting where I wanted it. The pad is solid but curved a bit so it fits very nicely around the back area. The controls are small and on top of the heating pad. You can choose 4 heat temperatures and you can also throw in vibration if you like. I chose the hottest heat and sat back, letting the heat soak through my muscles (okay, fat) and it felt just incredible. There was no change in temperature, it was constant and it went on for close to 30 minutes before I shut if off myself. This heating pad is really terrific for me, personally. It is the one product that has actually worked as promised until I get my next cortisone shot. Those shots don't fix everything so I suspect I will be using this heating pad long into the future.

This heating pad has been an excellent addition to our home, especially for my wife during those painful times. She much prefers it over a hot water bottle, finding it far easier to use. The standout feature is the battery and soothing vibration modes, which really help numb the cramps. My wife has used it over ten times in the past two months, and it's been working great every time. The convenience of charging it by the bedside is a big plus. No need to worry about cords or finding an outlet when you're already uncomfortable, or worse, filling it with hot water every 30 minutes. The materials look and feel high-quality, which is reassuring for something you're using directly on your body. It seems built to last, which is important for a product you'll likely use regularly. If you're in the market for this type of pain relief solution, I definitely recommend giving this one a shot. It's been a real game-changer for us in managing menstrual discomfort.
