For the price, I was a little concerned. But when it arrived, it ended up being absolutely perfect. It’s on the lighter side, but it stays put right on my patio. The holes are in the right spot somewhere on the long grass area and summer on the short. I love the idea that it has that long grass area so I can practice my chipping. It comes with a couple of rubber balls and a couple of real balls and all the T adjustments that you need. This is a great product.
