Quality issues and Customer support issues
I received my first unit and there were loose electronic pieces inside, so I returned it. It has been over one month and I have not received the replacement yet, when they had said it would be a week or two. Besides, there is a product support video that is very short, only showing removing it from the box and plugging it in. Are you kidding me? This needs to connect to your wifi network on 2.4ghz and it is not clear. I had trouble connecting and there is no way to trouble shoot it. If you do connect, how do you know if it is working? My initial feedback is to not purchase this product.

Misleading Specs — This Is Not a Real 4.2 TH/s Miner
The listing claims 4.2 TH/s at 120W using a BM1366 ASIC chip, which sounds impressive — but it’s extremely misleading. In reality, this miner is hard-capped at 4.3 TH/s, and it actually draws around 140W, not 120W. Despite advertising support for SHA256 coins like BTC and BCH, this miner uses an ESP32 microcontroller, not a real mining control board. There's no way to change settings, overclock, or update the firmware through the interface. It’s locked down, underpowered, and completely unsupported. The only way to unlock full performance (up to ~88 TH/s, which the hardware may be capable of) requires physically opening the case, identifying the control board, and flashing custom firmware via UART — something only a hardware tech should attempt. This is not a plug-and-play miner. It’s essentially a development kit disguised as a real ASIC rig, and should not be sold as a finished mining product. Avoid unless you're comfortable with microcontroller flashing and hardware-level modding. I hope this keeps someone from making the mistake I made,

Item is trash
Piece of garbage. Configured it, added it to wifi but can't access the dashboard. The hash rate is zero so at this point its just using electricity. There is no customer support so you get stuck with a brick.

Finally, a Miner That Actually Pays Off (And Doesn’t Suck)
I’ve tried 3 different miners before this one, and this is hands down the best. The 4 modes let me optimize for whatever coin’s hot that day - currently crushing it with BSV. The noise level is a game-changer - I keep it in my home office and can still take calls without issue. The app is super intuitive, even for non-tech folks.
