I wouldn't have believed it if someone else told me this, but it really did help me lose about 80llbs. No, I didn't exercise , I was too lazy for that! I wanted a "miracle" pill, as we all do! Well, it's no miracle, but it change MY life for sure. At 5'2 I weighed around 215llbs. I had heard about "colon" cleanes & wondered if it may help my BIG belly. I did notice that I was only going #2 like once every 2-3 days, a far cry from my teens & 20's when I "went" after every meal, lol.. So for about $20 bucks I figured wth? I started using these around January, I took the MAX amount right off the bat, not wanting to waste time! Well, within a day or 2 I actually had "BM's" 2-3x a DAY. Not watery or explosive, but thick, in a good way ( sorry) . My stomach did go down a lot, from bloating I think. I started drinking "Green food" drinks, not as my only meals & I still ate junk too. Well, in about a month I was down about 25llbs. That kept me wanting to do more! I thought if THESE could do THAT, well, than certainly the more expensive products ( cleanses) would really be great! WRONG'.. I wasted time & a lot of $ on Super colon cleanse, bowltrol, & others. Most did nothing, many gave me bad gas pains & I was constipated! Not what I had hoped for! Now set back almost a month, I quickly started taking the max amount of Dual action AGAIN. It work just as before. I was dropping weight pretty fast & didn't take the "breaks" every 30days like advised, but, thankfully I had no ill effects. Now mind you I was also drinking about 1-2 green shakes a day, after about 2 months. I had gotten to like the taste & the way it made me feel along w/ the cleansing, lightness of This. So I think it was BOTH together , but without the big jump start of lost llbs from this product, I would have gave up like I did so many times b4.. All in all, I took these from Jan. til about June. I started at a sz.18-20 & in late June was a sz 5, I kid you not. With NO exercise . I do advise exercising though. Beyond the weight loss, I also notice my Hair was softer, thicker & my skin was looking amazing! My nails grew for the 1st time in 30+yrs! I think that the cleanse somehow cleaned my insides out & allowed me to absorb all the vitamins & minerals better. Most of us just "pee" out our vitamins, hence why your urine is that dark yellow/orange when you take vitamins! Also, don't take "man made" synthetic vitamins, our bodies DON'T recognize these frankenchemicals & we expel them out in our urine. Your really "peeing" your $ down the toilet! There are many WHOLE food , raw vitamineral brands now. Choose one w/ a good reputation. These true natural vitamins along with THIS cleanse product worked wonders for ME. Now that I lost the weight & take the whole food vitamins, my body, skin , mind feels GREAT. I buy this cleanse every few months, 4-5, just to keep everything "going" ;) not a miracle pill, but it WORKS....

I am a chronic sufferer of constipation since I was 5 and have never been able to go more than one every two weeks and thought I was going to die I felt so miserable all the time and pregnancy was well...worse than ever because of it! I walked, took everything known to medicine and nothing helped. I’ve had fibromyalgia for the last 15 years which has made it even worse because get IBS. So then you have to worry about having gas and cramping and never want to leave your house. I never want to feel that way again. I started using this about six years ago when I saw in Walmart and give it a go It was amazing!! For the first time in my life I was having the urge to have a bowel movement and was going 2-3 times per day! I took the suggested dose and if I ate cheese or things I know constipate me I would take and extra pill or two to ensure I would not get backed up. I was always worried about using it daily because you’re told “your body will stop doing it on its own!” Well... after going to several docs and going to a through a series of colonics at a Health Center... they all told me the same thing. ..” you aren’t going now anyway so what is it going to stop? And besides, it’s worse to be constipated and never go down to take something that helps you stay regular and cleans your bowels. “. The health center is the one that informed me of the senekot and it was an added Bonus. I cannot go without using colon cleanse and I would suggest it to anyone suffering from constipation. You can adjust the amount of pills according to your body and remember to drink a lot of water!! Usually people who are constipated are not getting enough water in their colon and it needs moisture to rid itself of waste. Some make think this is too much info but if you’ve suffered your whole life and been miserable for 50+ years I hope it will be beneficial to you!! It does make you feel lighter and you do actually lose weight.

Caused bloating and serious gas. Only gave three out of five stars because I don’t feel this was a true cleanse.

Subtle but effective tablet.

No changes to bowel movements or weight. Followed the instructions exactly. I’m on Day 3 and almost done. I keep waiting for it to kick in and start working.

I've been using this for around 6 months now. I have to say, it REALLY does work - for me. I say "for me" because I've read reviews of people saying it doesn't work - for them. Get it? Everyone is different and not every product will do what it says for everyone.With that said, I take the pills as directed and I'm telling you what. It's turns my often rock hard stool into a - well - not so rock hard stool.This is NOT a solvent for consistent constipation. I use a combination of this and enema's. Together, my bowel movements are much more consistent and regular and the consistency much better. However, when I stop taking this my constipation/hard stools do tend to come back so it's not going to "fix" the problem. Even with a fairly decent diet and moderate exercise I have these problems at 27. (I took accutane and now they say it causes crohn's disease/etc which I may have a mild case of).Edit: 2 Years ago I became a vegan. I drastically changed my diet and no longer needed this or anything else to go to the bathroom. To this day I have regular movements just fine.
