I no longer need melatonin to fall and stay asleep. My partner snores and likes to watch tv late and these ear plugs are a god send. All I can hear is my breathing. Combined with my eye mask, I am consistently able to sleep within 5 min of putting these bad boys on. As long as I twist them into place comfortably to fit within my ear, they usually don’t come off during my sleep.

I work 7pm-7am and live in an apartment. Was desperate to get any amount of uninterrupted sleep. These do next to nothing. Bought them for the 45db reduction claim. I can have a full conversion with someone still. Almost no difference in high or low pitch sounds. If you need serious sound reduction for similar reasons, try something else.These are okay for over all sound dampening for something like overstimulation but do nothing for sleep related problems.

Got these for my autistic son. The noises bother him, so thought I would give them a try. They have helped him in so many ways. The loud noises arent bothering him and he sleeps so much better! Definitely a good investment.

My honest review. I gave it 4 stars, becuase it took me two weeks to figure out how to make this little-magiggy work. These do irritate the ears eventually. You can hear your surroundings only if you don't insert the earplugs correctly. It takes a bit of time, but once inserted correctly, it works well, I would say 25 to 35 decibles. I sleep belly down, so these can be unconfortable to use at night. There are multi sizes for you to figure out which will work best for you. Be patient and "learn" to wear these earplugs.

Love them! These work really well. I bought three different ones to try and these are by far the best. The part that covers the ear canal is thicker than others but super light and effective. I am buying two more for my children. They are perfect for loud gym classes or concerts.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would! These are made of extremely cheap material and do not block ANY noise. They look like something you’d find at the register of a Dollar Store. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE!

These are perfect ear plugs. The carrying case is small and sleek and the noise reduction is really good.
