Low quality goods and service
Poor quality and garbage customer service. Seals leak the product is worh maybe 50 dollars if you don't mind DIY fixing the flaws

This comes with NO INSTRUCTIONS…so you are left to figure it out on your own. When it arrived top adjusters were broken tubes in the ink chamber were missing… it took hrs to try to put together with No Instructions nor a number to call in for help. I’m not sure about this product.Update..- After returning the broken CISS.. it takes over 30 days before you can get your refund. I am still waiting on my money.I will NEVER buy from this company again.!!

For the amount paid you would think you get a phone number for help or at least instructions.This is taking to long to deal with and is making a mess of my machine. Not to mention the money I am losing do to the fact of the time its taking me to install and the mess to clean and the ink lost

there are No instructions or even a number to call or any method to communicate with them about this CISS and the one i received was not new, parts of the unit were broken and the lines were not correct i had to take apart and fix and i still don't know how to hook up the circulation pump

There is no instruction to connect this to the Epson 15000, the video it shows is for another printer.

I ordered this item and I received it quickly. I'm disappointed that no instructions were included with item and I'm sure that some of item was missing parts or pieces were missing.
