I had a bit of difficulty getting my account set up to use this when it first arrived but contacted support and they were able to help me out within a few hours.Once I was able to get set up it was relatively easy to use. I synced my calendar and it updates regularly with additions to my schedule. We've been able to get our entire family calendar onto this and it's made organizing the family much easier!The size is just right for a countertop calendar, if I was mounting it on the wall I think I would go with a larger size, but we planned on this being on the counter top. Something I didn't know is that because of the placement of the power cord you CAN'T put this on the wall, so that's worth noting.The build quality is good, there is a lock button on the top if you want to turn it off at night and it's clicky and solid. Something I didn't realize is that this could be used as a picture frame, it looks beautiful! The screen is high res and our photos look great on it.The chore functionality was a HUGE hit for our kids. We've used that many times.Overall I'm really pleased with this calendar, it does exactly what it needs to do.

What a piece of junk. On the description on the landing page of this item it says wall mount for the 10.1 in version which I purchased there is no wall mount or anywhere on this e calendar to mount it on the wall. What it does have is a cheap piece of plastic that you stick into the back that keeps it standing up on a counter or desktop. I purchased this because it said wall mount just being worn it does not mount to your wall. Now to get to the number one reason I am returning that is its app that you evidently need to get the full functionality of this. The app will not even move past the new user portion so I can't even set up an account. Kudos to all of those they got this paperweight to work. I was hoping to use this to see if this would fit into my family lifestyle to possibly upgrade to a larger and more well-known name brand in a year.
