My favorite supplement
My OBGYN is the doctor who formulated this supplement and she encouraged me to give it a try at my last appointment. I have PCOS and endometriosis. After using consistently for two months I have noticed a huge difference in my inflammation as well as my cravings. I mix the unflavored version with a la croix and it helps make it much more palatable. Highly recommend if you’re a woman looking for hormonal support!

Try one of the new flavors not this one
Taste is terrible. My daughter threw up after first packet so now we have a full box that she is afraid to try again. Now they have additional flavors so maybe it is better but hesitant to try and then be stuck with more unused product.

PCOS with Ovi after 3 Mos.
I’ve had PCOS and after 3 months on Ovii my cycles are more regular, my bloating is down, and I feel like myself again. It’s easy to take. I’m glad it’s now on Amazon. Highly recommend!

Tastes bad and caused me stomach issues
Tastes absolutely terrible and even upon getting it all down it caused my stomach a lot of problems and upset.

Such awful taste!
The taste is beyond beyond awful. Looks and tastes like vomit. I wish they could come out with some nice flavors. Product seems promising.

Acne
I purchased this directly from Ovii’s site, but their website does not allow you to write reviews (red flag #1) so I am writing this here to warn others. I took this supplement daily for 6 weeks. I initially liked it, and noticed an improvement in my mood and energy levels. However, about 3 weeks in I started getting daily hormonal cystic acne breakouts on my chin and cheeks. I wanted to stick through it, but could not handle the acne. Acne products didn’t touch it. When I stopped taking the product, the acne thankfully cleared, though it took about 2 weeks. Customer service was helpful and ended up giving me a refund. Bummer!

Not for me
I had an adverse reaction to this supplement. It gave my mouth a tingly and burning sensation. I started sneezing a lot and got nasal congestion.
