Get it!
Surprised at the sound quality that comes from mine tiny radio. I keep it in my kitchen and I can hear it throughout my house. I keep it in the kitchen windowsill so always have good running and reception

Give it 3 stars
Okay radio overall. Its reception of stations outside immediate area should be better and the on/off band switch on the side is stiff and difficult to find.

Small lightweight battery powered radio
This is a very small and lightweight radio, perfect for emergencies. It runs on AA batteries so be sure to have some on hand. I live in a disaster-prone area and wanted something to be able to listen to the radio if everything else goes out and this definitely checks the boxes while not costing a lot of money. It's small and super portable so easy to put in a backpack if you need to carry it with you. It's probably not the best quality in the world tbh but its not for using every day, it mostly sits on a shelf until its needed. It sounds okay, clear enough, again its not Beats by Dre lol but it is a perfectly good little AMFM battery powered radio.

Louder than you'd expect
It's a tiny AA powered transistor radio just like we had 50 years ago. Tuning is all analog by turning the dial, just like the old days. It's fairly easy to precisely tune in stations you're looking for. Battery life is about average. Like any device of this type I'd recommend picking up some rechargeables. The speaker is actually louder than I'd have thought it would be and distortion wasn't awful. That's a good thing when using it in a noisy garage. Having an analog radio around for emergencies is always a good idea. You never know when it'll become useful.
