We purchased Ecovacs X8 Pro after comparing with many products in this segment. We found X8 pro perfect product in robotic cleaning segment. X8 PRO introduced with Ozmo roller mop with self cleaning and drying. After adding the cleaning solution the floor shine like a professional cleaning. It has a 18000 Pa suction power which leave no dust on the floor and automatic dust collection. With Ozmo roller it make mopping perfect and hasle free. Demo service provided by trained person enabled us very well how to use it. The assoceries and cleaning solution should be made more cost effective. Overall, we love this product using almost more than a month and no issue faced. Easy to operate using voice command and mobile App.

Easy to install and use. Does its job perfectly well. Easy to connect and the app is good as well. Mapping , fall protection and collision avoidance work like a charm. Product is well built but it is completely plastic after all. Clean and mop is impressive. 3 month usage update: Has become a little more noisy now. Still keeps the house clean but may not be suitable for places with heavy dust. It is not a install and forget device , needs regular clean up to prevent malfunctioning.

The build quality is solid — it doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap. Performance: It performs really well during workouts. The cycling motion is smooth and consistent, and it adapts nicely to different resistance levels. Whether you’re going for a light warm-up or a more intense session, it handles it without hiccups. Features: There are plenty of smart features that make training fun — interactive modes, customizable workouts, and feedback tracking. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate

I’ve been using the ECOVACS DEEBOT X11 OmniCyclone for regular vacuuming + mopping, and it’s easily the most “hands-off” robot cleaner I’ve owned so far. The 19500Pa suction is no joke — it pulls out dust from corners and rugs better than I expected, and it handles daily dirt without needing multiple runs. The biggest difference vs older robots is the OZMO Roller 2.0 self-washing roller mop. It feels closer to an actual mop because it’s constantly cleaning itself while it works, so it doesn’t just smear dirty water around. Floors look noticeably cleaner, especially in high-traffic areas like the kitchen and near entrances. The bagless OmniCyclone station is also a big win — less ongoing cost vs bags, and emptying it is straightforward. Overall navigation has been reliable (good coverage, doesn’t miss obvious areas), and it’s been consistent on mixed flooring. Pros • Strong suction — great for dust, crumbs, and pet hair • Roller mop + instant self-wash actually improves mopping results • Bagless station = low maintenance and fewer consumables • Good automation: once schedules are set, you mostly forget about it Cons / things to know • Like most robot mops, it’s not meant for heavy sticky spills — you’ll still want a manual mop occasionally • The dock is sizable, so plan a dedicated corner for it • You’ll still need basic maintenance (rinse/clean parts occasionally) to keep performance top-tier Bottom line: If you want a robot that genuinely reduces daily cleaning effort, this one delivers. Vacuuming is excellent, and the roller mop system makes the mopping feel like a real step up from standard pads.

I recently bought the Ecovacs X8 Omni and overall, it’s been a fantastic purchase for my home cleaning. Here’s my experience so far with the pros, cons, and a bit of feedback for Ecovacs: Pros -------------------- 1) Navigation and obstacle avoidance is superb 2) Very good cleaning due to high suction power 3) Excellent for long hairs due to anti-tangle brush 4) Roller mop is way better than rotating disk mop 5) App is well designed and has most of the features 6) Love the schedule option, robot cleans the house before we wake up 7) No worry about maid not coming, not cleaning well, or dealing with the hassle. Just need to clean it once every 2 weeks Cons -------------------- 1) Expensive 2) Expensive parts and cleaning liquid (but liquid will last for a long time so probably worth it) Feedback to Ecovacs -------------------- 1) Lacks mop only mode in map cleaning, works with zone cleaning but not map cleaning 2) Would like an option to save zones like maps Nothing else for now — the real test will be when I need customer service.

I purchased this in August; the wheel sensor failed 3 weeks later. Service asked me to try a couple of things, but it had to be shipped back to be serviced to be fixed, taking more than 16 days before it was returned to me. They could not explain why it failed or whether it will not fail in the future. They have too many excuses to offer that if it fails again we will service it but nothing to back up the product's serious reliability flaw here I should have returned it to Amazon the day it failed and never sent it for service. CONS -Needs an extended warranty as this product will fail quickly, and you will need to wait for it to be serviced for days or weeks each time. With a short warranty period, expect you will end up paying a lot to help clean your house with this product versus hiring cleaning helper to do same job. -Can't clean carpets and tile floors without removing the pads manually. Yes, you will have to do this each time. Buy the S7 Max Ultra instead if you don't have high level carpets as that one works fine for this. -The water tank on the vacuum is sealed, unlike other models(T8 AIVI), so you cannot clean it yourself. -They do not want you to use a cleaner (even a nature one) and say it will void the warranty, but they also don't sell the cleaner that Ecovacs makes for their vacuums for cleaning floors in India, only in other countries. What a joke! Service told me their competition doesn't do that but guess what? You can buy their cleaner in India without any warranty issues; funny enough, I called and asked them since, at this point, we are already considering selling this piece-of-shit unit and buying that one. -There seems to be no availability of spare usable parts and bags from the vendor itself, with plenty of Chinese selling them on Amazon. Luckily, I recently visited the USA and picked up bags and cleaning solutions to bring back to India with me. What a waste of my money and time. The cleaning solution was way overpriced compared to the competition ($18 vs. $25). -It cannot detect specific heights objects and will hit its top RADAR sensor against the furniture. I had to mark no-go zones to deal with it. It would be best if you gave it min of 5” clearance under your furniture. Prepare for that in some way; otherwise, it might keep trying to go under it even if the front bumper cannot touch it, while the top RADAR will feel/hit the furniture—what a fundamental failure on their part here. So AIVI is not ready for prime time for sure. PRO -Decent suction, but you will need to clean the filter every 3-4 days to maintain that suction power. Not a problem for me, but I think they should have done some testing, considering how dusty India can get. -the Mop issues are somewhat fixed, so it cleans, but you may need to enable deep cleaning to do a decent job of mopping. (It sucks up the battery a bit too fast, then) -This price is 1 Lakh compared to the 1.25 Lakh offer I got for S7 MaxV Ultra. (I do regret not going for that one, considering I own products from both companies already (S7 Pro and T8 AIVI)) Overall: If you buy it, be prepared to deal with some regrets since this product will fail without cause, and be aware you cannot use anything other than just water with it (they do not even sell in India their own approved cleaning solution in which is available in other countries) At this point, Ecovacs still has long way to go before their product would be my recommendation to any of my friends or even a future purchase for me. I advise anyone considering Omni X1 to do some due diligence and consider competition or consider buying (Vacuum and Mopping separately) If Ecovacs is reading this. Please contact me and offer extended warranty service to reconsider changing this review. As I can't honestly recommend this to anyone unless it has 3 year warranty included so they can recouple their losses after a purchase.

I’ve been using the X8 Pro Omni for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed by its cleaning performance, especially the mopping. Thanks to the self-washing roller mop and strong suction, my hard floors have never looked this good, the floor always looks like we have done polishing of floors and the second best part is it goes under all the furnitures like the long double beds where no maid or no long mops can reach. The all-in-one dock that empties the dustbin, washes and dries the mop pad, refills water and removes waste makes upkeep minimal and delivers a near-hands-off experience. That said, If your home is mostly hard-floors and you’re looking for a, smart robot that does both vacuuming and mopping with minimal effort, this one is a standout.

Superb product and doesn't make you go to that old broom for sweeping anymore. Cleans at all the edges and corners once it has mapped all your area with its advanced AI software. Worthy buying for the price as I figured out that I can even see my pet and activities at the house with its unique patrol function camera mode active and it moves around the house like a security. Easy to maintain and all accessories available across company channels and on Amazon. Mobile app is easy to operate and the UI/UX is excellent and all buttons and tabs on app simple to catch up. Even my elder parents can operate it easily. A perfect home clean up everytime before you are back home everyday or post holidays or even schedule it as per time and days, just keep the machine on and connected to intenet wifi. Thanks EcoVacs.
