These are great earphone tips for listening to music while active! I've been using these for two months and the frustration of fighting with earbuds that constantly need to be reseated in the ear is gone! I use them with the MEElectronics Sport M6 over-the-ear earbuds ([...] for my running and it's been wonderful. If you get them placed into your ear correctly they stay put and never move, even when you've worked up a good sweat the surface of these tips stays snugly in place throughout the workout. BEFORE you place them into your ear, squeeze the foam tips tightly in your fingers so it becomes very tightly compressed around the tip of your earbud. Then position the earbud into your ear and gently hold it there for a few seconds. The compressed foam tip will then expand inside the ear. It may feel funny to you if you've never used these before (or foam earplugs which work the same way) but it works great. Go on with your workout and never worry about earbuds falling out again! I love these things. Worth every penny in my book!

While the sound quality of the earbuds themselves won’t be altered, as that’s up to the speakers, the sound quality *is* better due to great exterior noise cancellation. I can’t hear much noise around me when I’m listening with these, and I don’t have to turn the volume up more than halfway for that to happen, which is great for the health of my eardrums.The foam is amazingly comfy, no awkward rubbery squeaking against the skin of my ear, and plenty of cushion. The small ones fit my tiny ears perfectly.My only two issues are that the tunnel that goes around the speaker isn’t very flexible, and while they do fit, it takes effort; and they don’t seem to go on all the way— perhaps to allow room for the foam to stretch as they conform to your ears. They haven’t popped off, though!The other issue I have is that earwax sticks to them, but it does rub off on my jeans. At least it doesn’t squeak on the earwax. It’s breathable.Pretty good quality product at a decent enough price. I’m satisfied.

This isolates way better than the silicon "rubber" originals. I use headphones when riding by bicycle (...yeah yeah every time I tell somebody this they warn me of not being able to hear cars coming... but I do hear and see cars no problem I'm not listening at high decibel levels and use a rear view mirror to boot so there) anyway the problem I was having was the wind noise ruining the bass response and most people know by now the key to good bass response with ear buds is to have a good seal between the bud and your outer ear canal. These solve that problem.The fitment guide took a little time to use to figure out if these would fit my Sonixx x-fit blue tooth ear buds but the Sony tips are interchangeable so eventually i figured out to get the Sony MDR series compatible the t 200 version. I purchased I multipack as there was no way to know what size would work So far the medium AND large seem to work I'm still experimenting, it would be nice if they offered a medium/large in between size.These are the cylindrical design and I also plan to order some of the rounded design to try. Too bad the manufacturers themselves don't just offer these with their products as these are far superior in comfort and sound performance. I can hear that bass and even the overall response seems less muddy with these.

I'd heard great things about Comply's replacement earphone tips but held off for a long time. I finally purchased some earphones worthy of the upgrade and bought the multi-pack to try a few sizes (mediums fit me perfectly). My expectations were more than met. The superb noise isolation and sonic performance came as no surprise. The real shock for me was just how comfortable they are. I almost forget I was listening to earphones with the way they seem to disappear. Once they warm up to match ear temperature, and assuming correct size selection, you'll hardly feel them in your ears.It's hard to fault Comply's isolation series. I've really had no issues with them. They may loosen and fall out during exercise, but I don't like listening at the gym anyway. So far, they've been a very secure fit. As with most things made of foam, they will wear out. Comply recommends replacement every three or so months with regular usage. Now that I know what size I like, the multi-packs of the same size make this little trouble to do. They are well worth the cost in my estimation.

7-15-2019: I've reduced my review to 3 stars. They wear out too quickly for as many as you get. They get thin and sticky and then they tear. If I got MORE pairs for the $13+ then they would be a better value and I wouldn't mind that they don't last very long. I guess with everyday use I get about 6 weeks from a pair. Good fit, comfortable and good noise reduction but not enough pairs for the price.They fit so well in my ear because the mold to your ear. They are soft and they block out more noise - I could wear them for hours without any pain.

After a couple of weeks, they lose their ability to reform back to their original size and shape. So they are now useless, they no longer fit or stay in my ear.
