Cleans the Invisalign retainers so well - the little dissolving tablets work really well too! Also contacted customer support about the plug not working previously and they were very responsive.

The item worked great for a few weeks, cleaned my retainer.Broken. The return date passed 2 weeks ago and the item will not turn on. I have tried to contact Align, but they don't really seem to have a customer service.If you are going to buy one, I suggest getting it from Zima dental, I accidently contacted their customer service who were great!

This thing is amazing and totally worth the price. No matter how dirty or cloudy my retainer is (especially after using just a normal fizzing cleaner for a week when I go out of town), it always comes out crystal clear and clean as a whistle!

I will start by saying that I have no idea if a cheaper device could do equally well.However, after struggling to keep my aligners and then retainers clean with a variety of cleaning products and methods, including a cheaper ultrasonic cleaner, this ultrasonic device combined with the Invisalign crystals is the first time that they've actually stayed perfectly clean. I run a cycle every morning when I take the retainers out and then leave them soaking throughout the day, then rinse and put them back in at night.I wish this had an even smaller profile, that it was entirely waterproof, that it was quieter, and that the power button was less easy to press accidentally. However, I can't argue with the results so far.

I ordered this item on July 31, received it on August 2 and it stopped working on September 16. Not ok on a product that has only been used 2x weekly and costs $100. From what I see on my invoice, September 1 was the last day I could return it or less than a month after it arrived.

Device really cleans retainers well. My son doesn’t like to brush his retainers. Once I bought this, he uses it often . Simple to use. Had been debating if I should buy it because I think it’s pricey …Only reason I decided to buy it was because there’d was $10 coupon attached to purchase. Overall happy with purchase.

Works great until it stops working. After 6 weeks of using this product one time a day it stopped working for longer than 30 seconds. When I turn it on now it stops after 30 sections instead of running for the five minute duration.

Wish I'd bought this cleaning pod years ago! I've had Invisalign ortho aligners for a few years and because they were changed out often, I didn't worry about a little discoloration. I soaked them in half hydrogen peroxide/half water and brushed them some afterward. Clean enough. But now I'm in my permanent retainer. I decided to experiment with a cleaning pod to maintain my appliance. I bought the Invisalign Cleaning Pod powered by Zima Dental. I'm 100% satisfied and delighted. So easy to use! The ultrasonic cleaner keeps the retainer looking brand new and I know it's removing bacteria as well. After the 5-minute cycle, I rinse and dry the pod and my aligners. Done! The small pod fits easily on the sink counter and is compact enough for travel. Love it.
