Our 4 boys have a hard time adjusting sleep schedules in the spring. We added this to our routine during the week and they fall asleep faster and wake up refreshed. They don't mind the sweet strawberry taste so I don't mix it in anything.

I couldn't find a good magnesium glycinate for my 11yr old son , 10 yr old daughter and my 8 yr old son and I decided to give this one a try and I am super excited that this is helping big time !!!! They take it maybe an hour or two before bed and by the time its bed time they are asleep it's relaxing to them as my eldest son says and they all really enjoy the flavor they take it with no hesitation!!
