Huge help with my night time silent reflux and still allowing the stomach acids to not be suppressed, hoarseness going away, mucus going away, love this product. Good and reliable product. It seems to be more effective and faster acting unlike others in the range. I like the aniseed flavour as it is more pleasant to take when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Gives instant relief

Helps with heartburn. The aniseed is not for everyone but I quite liked the taste. Thick liquid that gets to work immediately. Relief is quick. Bottle is sturdy and a good size, it will last a long time.

I find this Advance one to be more effective than the double action Gaviscon. It is more expensive but I feel it works better so worth paying the extra for.

I’ve been struggling with quite painful heartburn lately, especially after evening meals, and Gaviscon Advance is the only thing that actually works. Unlike standard antacids that just neutralize the acid, this creates a physical barrier that stops the acid from rising back up. I felt the burning sensation go away within minutes of taking it. The aniseed flavor is smooth and much easier to swallow than the mint versions I’ve tried before. It’s significantly more effective than the 'standard' Gaviscon—if you have real heartburn, this is the one you want.

This gaviscon has changed my life. So i thought i had Globus sensation due to anxiety cuz i am riddled with anxiety. Every day was a struggle to just not gag, never mind be sick. I tried this and turns out it was acid in my throat all along. Wish they did it in little sachets like the original but would assume they will eventually. Long story short, buy it. It truly has saved my life.
