excellent quality and bioavailability, but do not use long term
My surgeon provided these to take 2 weeks before and after a procedure. I highly recommend this brand for its quality and especially its bioavailability that makes them worth the high price. I noticed after 2 weeks that my ridged and peeling fingernails were smooth and healthy when nothing else has ever worked, and I healed quickly from the surgery. Since I was also on a low calorie diet, I kept taking them for nutritional support. That was a mistake. These are very effective for short-term healing support but be careful, the dosage of some of the ingredients is far too high for ongoing use. My hair started falling out in clumps after about 5-6 months due to the high levels of Vitamin A, Selenium, and Zinc. Definitely worth taking for healing support but stop taking them when you’ve healed

amazing for wound healing
Amazing, my wound that I see wound care for weekly had stalled out for a month on healing. I started taking this and the healing started back up and my wound is healing faster than ever. Very highly recommend.

Helpful Post Surgery Healing Supplement
Used this for two months to support thighplasty/lipedema reduction surgery that had a good sized opening. I believe these healing supplements helped quite a bit. I could not take the Bromelain, though, due to warnint about A Fib.

Highly recommend when preparing for surgery and after surgery. My doctor recommended this for me and it has truly helped me during my recovery from a major surgery.

They work
Unreal how fast and beautiful my surgery site as well as the tendons healed… full time PT and supplements, but, four months later I can hike, go to the gym, pretty much whatever I need to do.

Great vitamin but….
I know this vitamin is better than others. I have purchased them twice. First purchase had normal smell. 2nd purchase (using now) have extreme B vitamin odor. Extreme. It is in the morning formula bottle. Evening bottle is fine. I will switch to their anti-aging line after this.
