Love this robot and even though it cost much less than others, it is a work horse & efficient! Love the app and the various options of cleaning mode, like just the sides, the entire pool, etc. Great value, I’m sending the link to my friends, highly recommend!We have the pop-ups and even though they work great, there’s a couple spots that the boulders seem to drop sand and it piles up. Most wouldn’t even notice but it catches are eye! I always fired my pool guy, so I had to sweep the sides myself but now, this robot does it for me. I use the sides only feature daily so that is saving me $125 per month. It’s already paid for itself!It’s also not so heavy getting it out of the pool, just let the extra water run out of it before attempting to lift out of pool completely. You’ll want to get the hook pole to get it out!

Purchased this item and May and it immediately started having problems. It does not stay on the bottom of the pool in cleaning mode. It’s floats at the top and is unable to stay down. In effective at cleaning, doesn’t stay charged long, was never able to fully clean the pool, or even partially honestly. It was a complete waste of money.

Bought this to replace a Maytonics, I like several of the features, no cord, easy to charge. My pool has a very deep, 10 ft, end and the unit does not clean that area well, the front of unit floats and doesn't function with all wheels on pool surface. Also the collection basket is a poor design, debris comes out between the top and the basket, also as you lift it out of the pool debris goes back into the pool. Contacted the company about both issue and was told to run on turbo to keep unit flat on pool surface and to make sure basket iscreens are cleaned. The basket never fills up, most of time only collects a small amount of debris. Have done both but problems are still issues. Plus in turbo it will only run for 60 minutes not 180 and if there are leaves in pool it take two or three times to pick up most, but never all, debris. DID not plan to repair the Maytronic but with the leaves starting to fall the Wybot will not be able to maintain a clean pool, Matronucs always was able to maintain.If you gave a deep pool or lots of leaves do not purchase this.

Amazing!! Unlike older models I tried, this little feller will not ground out on the drain, operates off a battery so no lines or plug ins. It is easy on my vinyl pool, allows me to program it on my phone and doest a great job. Easy to put in and take out and that is an awesome features for elderly, sick or handicapped

Have ran this several times in my 17k gallon oval above ground and this thing hasn't exactly done a good job. Sometimes I put it on and it just drives back and forth a couple feet for 20 minutes before it decides to only clean half the pool, it's kind of maddening. I wish it came with a feature to at least find the spot it was deployed at instead of just dying randomly at the other end of the pool for those of us without wrap-around decks.It also comes with float blocks that are for cleaning the walls but of course the company doesn't bother to outline how and when they're used. With just the front float installed, this thing cannot keep itself flat, so I'm not sure how it's supposed clean both the floor and walls in one clean.App is subpar and battery life is lacking, especially when it wastes so much time loitering before it actually decides to start cleaning. For $500 after the "$100 off coupon", I'd expect better performance. I'd gladly pay $200 for this but otherwise the value is definitely not there. I'll edit in the event my issues are operator error or if it decides to start working as intended.

Unfortunately I missed the return date and that's the only reason I still have it. Currently I can't even log into the app. I have contacted customer service via phone and I got "I'm sorry we cannot take your call." I reached out via Amazon. No response. I have now sent a message via email. Their website says "1 to 3 business days" for response. During the few weeks it worked, It does not go to a corner when it's finished. I've had to fish it out of the middle of the deep end several times. Also, when pulling it out half of the dirt falls back into the water (and this is with the fine filter in it). I do NOT recommend this product. I bought it at the end of March because it was on sale. I didn't start using it until the first part of May. It worked for less than 4 weeks and now I cannot login to even use it.

it is a month i am using it and my pool was never so clean and crystal clear. i have a kidney style infinity pool with in water built in stools and it simply did the job as expected and beyond. thank you waybot for such an affordable machine that takes our pool maintenance to the next level. the app connected easily, few intuitive menu selections and you are good to go. the Robot performs easily a 2 hours sessions after being fully charged. you do need to recharge it after each use.
