I don’t have any bad experience with this product but I don’t exactly feel any different now that I’ve been using it for several weeks. It’s easy to use, feels nice and overall seems like good quality.

The oil doesn’t have a strong enough scent to indicate there are enough essential oils present to have any effective impact. I have worked with essential oils for years and wanted to try this unfamiliar blend . Believe me when I say the lack of a strong scent indicates a weakness in the products formulation.

This product is amazing.Anytime I used this product at night , I woke up fresh and energetic.My sleeping quality has improved.

I ordered this product fully thinking that I was going to find absolutely zero evidence of it's effect.I will preface this review with this; I find it hard to know if there is a link between a natural product and some health benefit usually. I am a firm believer that perhaps the body is just catching up to what it should be doing naturally. I intentionally glossed over the "health benefits" of this product when ordering it because I am a firm believer that it is way to easy to skew your opinion by knowing. I can NOT verify in any scientific way, that any benefit I had was because of this product. I will continue to try it and hope to update my review as time goes on.With that being said, I will share what I noticed over 4 days of using this product. Enjoy the TMI- My BMs have been irregular throughout 2024. It has gotten so bad that I've scheduled a colonoscopy (yes, I'm due anyways, but the concern let me to actually go through with scheduling). I went from having a once daily regularly scheduled occurrence to random painful events. I have had a daily, regular BM each day since starting this.-I have painful pre-menstrual cramps for about 7 days prior to starting my normal, equally painful menstrual cramps. I have not had near the intensity that I normally have.- I started a new, earlier, work shift quite a while ago. I have NOT been able to get into the routine of this shift. I snooze right up until I have to get going. I can't sleep at night, I wake often. I have been waking up 15 minutes prior to my alarm each day now.Again, I take these items with a grain of salt as I can't prove that it's the oil, but I am willing to keep trying it because it seems too much to be a coincidence!
