I’ve owned this hot tub for 6months. I’ve only used it 3 times and not the motor went out. Trying to work with this company to resolve or get info on the motor is a waste of time.

Not a good idea for PNW NOT insulated at all cover is horrible and it works but added 200.00 to my power bill per month would not recommend

We reached out on a limb and bought this portable tub after owning a full size when our kids lived at home. We could not get this tub temperature up past 100. We are in Michigan and very cold. There was nothing in the manual to lock the pump on Fahrenheit. The manual seems too complicated & time consuming for me. I can’t refund it because I bought it for a gift and didn’t pay attention to the refund deadline.

I was only going to give this jacuzzi a 1/2 star but that isn’t possible. Heater pump is no good…..heats to 118+ degrees although the heating pump read 104. I stuck my left leg to climb in I was scolded because it actually read 118.6° with my temperature gauge therefore something is desperately wrong with this unit. I threw it out. It’s on the street for anyone to pick it up and use if they don’t mind being scolded. and by the way, this company does not service this product which means you’re left out there in no man’s land because they don’t service the product that they sell. They refer you to a phone number that does not exist and when you do look up and find a phone number it is in the Philippines. How the heck does that help you and they also rip you off by charging you a $300 restocking charge what the hell is wrong with this company. There was nothing wrong with the item that was sent back brand new except for that faulty heater pump that they cannot do anything about because they don’t have anybody to service it. What kind of a garbage company is this? Amazon should restrict them from selling their items.
