Excellent!! We love it! I can't believe the jets are as powerful as they are in an inflatable hot tub. Cover included which definitely helps maintain the temperature.

This product has heating issues. As of yet, the temperature has not reached 104 degrees. I have contacted the seller via email, no response. There is, and will not be any overheating problems, due to the fact there is a serious underheating issue. I have not seen 104 degrees once on unit. Rare 103, 102, 101, instances for a second or two. Stays around 98 to 99.after hrs,sometimes 12, of preheatinf with cover on, to even get to 99. I have followed instucctions to the tee. There is a heating issue with this product. Do not recommend.

So far so good, super easy to assemble, just turn the heater on for the first time I will come back for the follow up…. Day 3..great!!!!…

Pretty disappointed. The pump is under rated and does not deliver a strong flow of bubbles. I use a hot tub to soothe chronic joint pain and this just does not do it. Another issue is the cover. No matter how much you tighten the cover, there is nothing to support it so if it rains it collects water and sags. Even a little bit of water is pretty heavy to try to dump off and several times I’ve actually dumped the dirty water into the hot tub creating a huge mess to clean up. My previous hot tub was larger and had an inflatable insert under the cover that kept it from sagging and collecting water. It’s also a bit odd that the max water level mark is so far below the top of the tub, preventing a full immersion in the water. I can only assume this is because the pump is so under rated, more water would make it that much more difficult for the pump to produce the level of bubbling expected to be produced. A big waste of money in my opinion — I will likely sell it or donate it after the first season. I just don’t get the benefit I need from it so it’s hardly worth even having it.

Bought for a birthday present for my sister. She absolutely loves it says it’s amazing!

I turned on the heater at 55 degrees and even after adding foam insulation board on top of it I couldn’t get the water temperature above 82 degrees after letting it heat up overnight. This is totally useless and unacceptable for me if I can only use it on days when it’s 80 outside. I’ve only been able to get it to 104 when it’s over 75 out and when I took my 2” thick foam insulation board off that I made the temperature plummeted to only a few degrees above the ambient temperature. So now I have an expensive kidie pool that just wastes electricity.

The small box made us feel a bit not excited.After setting up, getting it hot, and turning on the bubbles, it was heaven. We were shocked.15 uses later, I'm excited everytime we warm it up. For the weekend.It takes about 5 hours to get to hot 105.Clean filters after each use and allow to dry. Fits in a relatively small area.

Am amazon is censoring my original review. Product did not get to the temperature on the description. Seller was less than helpful in all aspects. Return was extremely difficult . Not worth the price or the hassle. Amazon was also less then helpful. Do not buy this product.
