I always grab a bottle of Lucozade Sport when my session runs over an hour and I can tell the difference. The flavour (Raspberry) is sharp and refreshing, the bottle design makes it easy to sip on the go, and I felt less drained by the end. Absolutely worth it. Helps sustain my energy levels.
