Bought this for a work trip to Ho Chi Minh Vietnam. It worked great!! The multi plugs worked so well because Vietnam uses so many different plug types. There were 3 different plug types in my hotel room. I used the converter option to use my hair straightener in the hotel. It started to make a buzzing noise once I switched to converter for the voltage but my appliance worked fine. No sparks or outages! I would definitely recommend!

I bought this converter for a trip to Europe, and it was a letdown. The instructions were confusing and full of nonsense words, making setup a headache. It heated up quickly and didn’t seem very safe. I expected more reliability for a travel voltage converter. Not worth the risk — I won’t be using this again.

I like the size of it and the case. Easy to use. However my brush hair dryer and hair straightener buzzed while using and handles got very HOT. I got the converter to be able to use the hair tools. I’m glad I have it but not able to use 💯

The design of this adapter is simple enough. It's like all other universal adapters where to slide out the prongs for the country that you are in. Easy to use and easy to understand. I only tested this specific adapter in the US and it works perfectly fine as a power strip with giving you additional plugs and usb outputs. My only complaint is that the usb output isn't maxim wattage that many power bricks support now. 25W. Because of this, you cannot get even fast charging onto your smartphone when it's universally standard now. I was still able to get a full charge on my phone but it took a lot longer like a typical overnight charge, instead of a quick charge before going out somewhere.

I tested it with all my plugs and they fit and charged all my laptops and phones. It seems to be built durably and is small and portable to fit in my backpack during travels!
