DO NOT BUY! NO NOTICEABLE CHANGE! For me this was a complete waste of money. It gave me some gas at the beginning and then I thought I was feeling better but realized I had just been eating healthier. As soon as I ate unhealthy my gut went right back to horrible. This stuff did not change anything for me. SIMPLE TRUTH: EAT BAD, FEEL BAD. EAT HEALTHY, FEEL GOOD. I'm still seeing their ads and they're so full of lies I had to write a review. Especially since this is crazy expensive! The serving cost on this should make it a miracle worker but it's not. AND THE TASTE! I'VE BEEN TAKING NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS SINCE THE LATE '80S AND THIS IS ONE OF THE TOP 3 WORST THINGS I'VE EVER TASTED!! I love the ad where it says a woman snuck it into her man's morning smoothie... You couldn't sneak this into a fruit cake and hide it, the taste is horrible!!! In summary, didn't do anything for me and taste horrible! Don't waste your money!!!

By God (yes and amen)—this stuff is incredible. First of all, the taste is out of this world. While it suggests using almond milk, I’ve been mixing mine with whole milk, and it honestly tastes like a vanilla milkshake. I LOVE warm milk, so it becomes a cozy, creamy vanilla latte and kind of froths? Hello-what-yess?!? I usually dislike stevia, but somehow this blend tastes amazing—no weird aftertaste at all. Now, just to be clear—this is not a weight loss product. It doesn’t claim to be. I always read reviews before buying, and I noticed some low ratings from people expecting weight loss results. Please check the product description—it’s formulated for gut health and bloating, and in that area, it absolutely delivers. I recently started intermittent fasting and noticed I was feeling unusually bloated. Since adding this to my routine (especially post-fast), I’ve felt noticeably better. Even with whole milk—which I’m technically lactose intolerant to—I haven’t experienced bloating, which says a lot. It’s only been a few days, but I’m already loving it. I’ll definitely update once I finish the full container, but for now, I’m seriously impressed.

This product tastes okay. Don't put ice in it. It tastes terrible with ice. I like my drinks cold. So put a couple bottles of water in the fridge. It dissolves very nicely in water and it does not leave any chunks. I have not lost any weight or seen any belly fat disappear. I've been drinking it every day for the past 6 days and I've weighed myself. I haven't lost any weight. I bought a supplement for the bloating because this is not helping me with the bloating. I have seen a very large Improvement in my alertness and my energy level. I have a lot more energy and I'm not as groggy and tired as I used to be. So I would recommend this probuct. But It's not gonna make your belly fat disappear.

UPDATED: So, I just finished the first "jar" of this and-like I said-it's pretty yummy. I'm not sure if it's because of this product or not, but I noticed that gradually the pain from "elimination" of my bowels subsided. It's not completely gone, but I'm experiencing more normal movements. Just a note, I am post menopausal at 51 and also added Low Dose naltrexone to my daily routine. It could be the combination of LDN being anti-inflammatory as well as what's in this stuff that's helped me tremendously. Con: The cost. It's pretty pricey for only 24 servings. I’ve been adding 1 scoop to a cup of Malk a day & all I can say is it’s super yummy. And filling. My gut’s pretty jacked up so I’m not expecting immediate results. It’s smooth & mixed well. It tastes like a vanilla shake. Hard to believe it’s only 60 calories. I’m on a sugar/low carb lifestyle so this fits perfectly. I’m hoping this will help with digestion & motility.

This product wasn't I had expected, and rightfully so. When you look at an ad and see someone going from a dadbod to practically ripped in a few weeks, you know it's a scam, right? But, I tried it anyway. I had already changed my diet about 1 1/2 years ago to high protein, low carbs, so that shouldn't have affected anything. I kept drinking beer because they said that you could. I am on my third can of this product and haven't lost any weight or inches, and I'm pretty active. I love the vanilla flavor, but that's about all that it had going for it. Works like any OTC prebiotic, but more expensive. The only way this or any product could be remotely as good as what this advertisement was portrayed as, would be to stop drinking alcohol and join a gym.

This stuff is amazing! Real talk! I have been suffering with bloating for many, many years and I know it's because I am a snack-a-holic. After taking just 1 scoop per day, although 2 scoops is recommended, I only took 1 scoop for 3 days and my blasting disappeared. I have cut down on snacking a bit, but, 3 days and no bloating is simply wonderful. I am going to up it to 2 scoops per day. Im going to incorporate more fruit and veggies in my diet and I am very confident that not only will my belly shrink because my bathroom trips have become very productive, but whatever in this stuff, definitely reduces bloating and for me, that's a good enough reason to add thus to my daily diet. I never write reviews and I spend a lot of money on Amazon, but research led me to this product and I was hoping it would help with my issues. I felt obligated to share my experience in hopes that someone else may benefit from my experience. God bless 💞

Hasn't worked for me yet. My gut is still large. Wondering if you are recommending to drink just that and nothing else all day ? The advertising says that you can drink it and also continue to eat normal and lose the gut. The flavor is good that's why 2 stars.
