Perfectil contains Biotin to help maintain normal skin, zinc to help maintain normal hair and selenium to help maintain normal nails. Took after food with no side-effects. May upgrade to the perfectil plus in future.

Can’t live without these ! I’ve been taking all the way through the menopause and they are magic ! I’ve not taking any other meds from the dr just these and thankfully sailed through without a problem! My energy level is high ! They are easy to swallow no taste great quality and value for money. Wary on my stomach too !

I did see an improvement in my hair and nails when taking this. But it also gave me bright yellow urine (due to the high vitamin B). I think some of the levels of vitamins are too high, I stopped taking it due to the high selenium (180% RDA). Too much selenium is bad for your kidneys and can cause brittle hair and hair loss(!). I didn’t notice any negative affects though, but I’ve decided to just have a balanced diet which is safer.

I find these actually do make my hair and nails better. The nail starts to grow and the hair has a bit of bounce.

Purchased for wife who has had no thyroid for 25+ years. Synthetic thyroid often causes thinning hair. She was down to one layer and not much more. This is an issue for someone who was always proud of hair. She also has very brittle nails as prime constituent of nails is kerotin (same in hair). Bought primarily for nails - works wonderfully. Her hair is also significantly improved. I use occasionally as age is reducing nail strength and it is a pain when working on the farm to have to deal with chipped/broken nails. Works for me even if only taken once or twice a week. Very nice for nails. Doubt it will help my hair much (not too much left) but improvement in nails worth the price.
