This is knife is huge, US quarter dollar coins for scale alongside normal sized pocket knives that also fold. There is quite a heft felt when picking this blade up. The sharpness of the blade is, well, sharp. Though a tune up may be needed. The wood, even if its plastic, is comfortable to hold. The steel in both the handle and the blade is smooth, shiny and clean. The bloodletter is smooth as well. The thumbhold for opening is also quite cool. The whole thing invokes a firearm inspiration. The wood, the gun metal colored handle and blade, the thumbhold, all come together to remind me of the USAs weapons of ww2 and Korea, and early Vietnam such as the M1 Garand and the M14.

First off, I love this knife. Don't get me wrong, It's not the worlds greatest tacti-folder or whatever. It's a 20$ knife. It came super sharp, has held an edge well, takes a sharpening very well, and is sturdy as all heck. I use it as a utility knife for work, and abuse the heck out of it. Cutting pallet straps? Sure. Mini Prybar? Why not. Screwdriver in a pinch? Not w/ my Spyderco, but this knife is 20$ so why not. Opens surprisingly smoothly, very heavy for the size (read: Solid), and feels good in the hand. Great balance. Honestly happier w/ this knife than I expected to be.

First off this thing has some heft and is a little stubborn to open, so you skinny jean wearers beware. I find the weight of this knife to be satisfying and acceptable for everyday cary, the function is flawless as well. It just about opens at the speed of spring assisted/torsion bar knives, minus the complexity, which is a big plus in my book. Also the edge of the blade is sharp enough to shave. The razor model was so impressive I just ordered the tanto.

It’s HEAVY! For an EDC I’d say nope. For a good tool, it’s great. Sharp out of the box and it is compact. Blade shape makes for a good cutter or razor I’d say. And the cool factor is certainly there. One to use when needed, but maybe not daily carry. BOB or med kit maybe. IF, not concerned about weight, it can be plenty sharp and quick to deploy. And the blade thickness is awesome. Detent was good and centering was spot on. For the money, a good knife deal for sure.

This is an outstanding deal. The "Razor" selection of this flipper is an absolute beast. I buy more knives and flashlights than than average person but I really only comment on the ones worth mentioning. I've bought creaky, squeaky $20 knives and I've bought high end pocket princesses. This is a princess disguised in a low price tag.. Take the chance and get this- super thick blade, slamming lock, razor sharp. It's beefy but I'm a big guy and it nestles right into my hand. Simplistic tanto knife made top notch! Nice grinds on the blade! I think it's D-2 steel? For the price point, I think you can't go wrong.

This is an excellent budget EDC knife. I have been carrying this for the past week, and it’s convenient and sharp. It’s effortless to open; the size is perfect, not too big, bulky, or too small. Compared to my custom Gerber Fastball, William Henry, and other high-end knives, they are obviously better. As for this knife, it’s $20, and you get what you pay for it. I like the texture of the handle.

I am a knife user and collector and this is a good knife for the money with a few exceptions. From an EDC point of view this knife has 3 major flaws. 1) To heavy; this thing is a tank of knife which does not make it a pleasure to carry unless you like heavy knives. 2) The blade geometry is way too thick for EDC tasks and the thickness behind the edge is steep making it not a good slicer. It works as a knife and is easy to sharpen for the budget steel and price pint but the thickness makes it lag behind other models with thinner stock and a better grind. 3) The lock bar edge is sharp and uncomfortable when disengaging the lock bar. I work withy hands as a construction worker and feel like I have fairly callused fingers and this thing is uncomfortable to use. I actually bought two of these as I thought a good value (one plain blade and the Damascus one) and both knives suffer this problem. As a tactical knife I did not test it but it feels sturdy (bothy blades did have some side to side play out of the box but the hardware make it easy to adjust I did not fiddle with mine). As a fondling/fidget blade the sharp lock bar disengagement make it a definite NO. For this money there are much batter value options out there. Cheers
