Nothing can compare. It can be regular or gluten free these are by far the best pancakes I have ever had . Before I lived the regular in this brand but wow these are better. I have eaten every pancake you can imagine but when I tested gluten free yuck . Since I love this brand I said let's see. WOWZER taste texture you name it it's delicious. I think ill go on a pancake diet for a week lol.

I recently left a very positive review for the Cup4Cup gluten-free pancake mix (feel free to check that out if you're comparing options), and unfortunately, this Kodiak mix just doesn’t measure up. I’ve tried around 10 different gluten-free pancake mixes for my husband, who has celiac, and this one definitely fell short. The texture was off, the flavor was a bit bland, and overall it just didn’t have that satisfying pancake feel. If you’re serious about finding a great gluten-free pancake mix, in my opinion, Cup4Cup is the way to go.
