I’ve been sober 3 years and Lyre’s is hands down one of the best NA brands I’ve tried. The flavor is impressively close to real white rum. That said, the price is way too high for what you get. It’s good, but not that good.

The smell of this Lyre's NA rum alternative is wonderful; I pour a glass and just hold it to my nose before each sip. It captures the scent of white rum perfectly without the typical sharp alcohol nose of genuine rum.When it comes to taste, I found it lacking. It tastes like water with a black pepper finish, leaving a slight burn in my esophagus. Any mixer will completely hide the taste of this weak spirit.Thirty-eight bucks for a 24 oz bottle is too much money for what you get. I recommend seeking out a tasty beverage that satisfies your craving instead. Personally, I enjoy yuzu sparkling water with crushed mint as a refreshing substitute for white rum.The new screw cap is perfect. It’s well-designed, making it easy to pour and seal.Long-term use reveals that the flavor doesn’t stay as vibrant after prolonged storage. Drink it within a week of opening the bottle.✅PRO: Fantastic aroma❌CON: Pricey for the taste, no flavor longevity after opening.
