Good for combatting digital blue light, but with a BIG caveat for designers, graphic artists and photographers.
These are like sunglasses for computers and other digital screens that emit blue light, and they seem to do a decent job of that as far as I can tell. There is a definite warm cast to the lenses that actually does help neutralize the "blue screen effect." Although it's somewhat difficult to quantify exactly how much they help, there is no doubt that they render the blue light less blaring.Although Foster Grant offers these in reading glass magnification strengths, these are not those, and it is unclear to me how you go about finding them. These, however, do have what FG calls "Smart Focus," which is a noticeable, but very slight, magnification area at the bottom of each lens that is there to help read text on a digital device such as a phone or tablet. The packaging has a list of those who work on computers and thus might find these very helpful. The list includes graphic artists, but I would not recommend these for graphic or any other design work for that matter. It goes without saying that these would not be great to wear while correcting the color cast of photos. There is simply no way to gauge accurate color while wearing these. That said, they can still be very helpful when doing the myriad other things one does while staring at screens.Pros:The design is great - this particular frame treads the fine line between hipster and nerd, but other frame styles are also available.Does tone down the blue cast of digital screens. The Smart Focus is a nice but subtle feature.Includes a soft case.Cons:Can't use them for design work. The warm cast makes almost every color much warmer.__________________________________Photos show:The warm cast of the lenses can be seen against the silver top of a laptop. The set of three numbers divided by dashes on the earpiece is the size of the glasses. You can find this set of numbers in the same place on all quality prescription and non-prescription frames. Those numbers can help you determine if this frame is the right size for you.Bottom line: They do what they say, but in a way that makes them unsuitable for wear while working with color.

Stylish, Comfortable & Protective
These are great. I work full time in front of a computer screen and my eyes were hurting so horribly. These glasses have made all the difference. They are stylish, comfortable to wear, and definitely provide the eye protection needed from staring at a glaring screen all day. The lower magnification is very subtle and offers just enough of a pop to help with focusing on notes on my desk. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's work involves staring at a computer screen for the majority of their day.

these frames are awesome and look great
these frames are awesome and look great. these lenses are horrible and feel like those beer goggles you wear in high school to simulate what it feels like to be drunk. when you look through the bottom of the lenses, it is super blurry. probably due to the curvature of the lenses. not sure. either way, these will likely cause more headaches then they resolve.

Flawed but effective. Not for photo or video editing.
This had made a big difference in my day to day life at work and at home when it comes to productivity. I work in television and freelance in photography/ video production and I spend almost my day looking at screens and there has been a noticeable difference in my productivity and energy while I'm working when wearing these. Whether or not this is a placebo effect can be debated but for me it appears to have made a difference. The flaw here is the fact that because it blocks out "Blue Violate" light they are useless for photoediting or any other job that is color sensitive. I do a lot of editing in Adobe photoshop lightroom and I can't use these glasses when adjusting colors because they make the photos look warmer then I take off the glasses and then the photos look more blue. Assuming your monitor is properly calibrated this is a huge issue. So while these are great for general screen gazing they aren't good work working on projects that are color sensitive.

Good but who knows
Cosmetically, they look smart. Basically Stephen Colbert's look (black frames, semi-tortoise bottoms). Functionally, I don't have much to compare them too. There's a subtle filter that doesn't affect you're experience when using your computer. There's also the ever so slightest magnification to them (could just be the glass). I enjoy wearing them but there could be a bit of eye strain just getting used to having them on. I don't have anything to compare them against but these are cheaper than some of the more upscale blue light filter glasses. Though they say theirs are made in Italy while these, like most affordable products, come from China.

Comfortable
These are comfortable to wear for my work days (16-18 hours). So comfortable that I can get up and walk away with them on. The slight magnification at the bottom of the lens is hard for me to deal with. If I actively try to use that lower section of the lens I get blurry images, but if I'm just looking straight ahead it doesn't bother me. It did take a good bit of elbow grease to polish the lens when they were first received. If your lens have a haze to them, you haven't gotten the coating off. These are very "clear" but still not great for anything color dependent. I tend to get the rough image the way I like, then tweak the color without my glasses. Even when I used to wear prescription glasses, color work was done with out them. Those that like to tweak fitment, the ear pieces mold nicely under heat (hair drier, heat gun).

Glasses are solid and look great otherwise.
There is an oil slick appearance to the lower portion of the lens, causing blurred vision when peering through that portion. Glasses are solid and look great otherwise.

It's nice to now have a stylish pair of glasses that ...
My eyes have always been sensitive to light. After hours of working in front of a computer, they would feel tired, and achy. I found a noticable improvement after wearing these glasses throughout the day. I've read a lot about blue light and how it can be harmful to your eyes. It's nice to now have a stylish pair of glasses that I can wear at the office and feel like I'm protecting my eyes and giving them a little "zen"! I highly recommend this product.
