I always get quart, gallon and sandwich size storage and freezer bags.Rather than wasting anymore money on the larger bags I decided to get the half-gallon size.All in all, I don't really feel I am spending any more since I'll be using far less of the costly larger bags.

Hi, had thought I was purchasing a Ziploc slider bag as opposed to the traditional bag. But turns out that the regular Ziploc bag which requires pressing both sides of the top together to seal. The bag works just as well as the bag that has a slider that seals the bag.I don’t use it much for food, although I put snacks occasionally in the bag. I typically use it to store multiple items that I need quick access to while I am in a nursing home bedbound. It holds up well, no matter how much I stuff 1/2 gallon bag with different things and the seal remains in place keeping things essentially airtight.

Great product. Exactly as described. Not much else you can say about a Ziploc bag.

This size bag accomodates more or larger items. Recently one was needed for the largest onion I've seen. So far, they don't leak, are thicker, and I like the zipper quality.
