Q: Why does your window tinting film not include any installation tools?

Professional film must be installed with professional tools. We recommend you purchase a window tinting tool kit along with our film to get the best possible finish. Including a cheap blade & scraper with our film would not enable a perfect finish.

Q: Which film grade is the darkest? 5% or 70%?

The darkest film is 5% Limo Black and the lightest film is 70% Light Smoke. The percentage refers to the amount of visible light transmitted (VLT). 5% VLT Limo Black film transmits only 5% of visible light through the film.

Q: I have never tinted a window before. How hard is it?

Tinting a window with a professional finish is not an easy task. Much like decorating, it requires patience, good weather and excellent preparation. Following the included instructions and taking your time will give you the best finish possible.

Q: Why can I see through the film so clearly from the inside of my vehicle?

Window tinting film has one-way visibility. If installed correctly, it reduces the visibility from the outside to the inside of the car. From the inside looking out, sun glare is reduced, but visibility is still high so you can see what's outside.

Q: Can I use your film to tint the windows in my house?

Yes, you can, but not to darken a room. You can use our film to give privacy from outside in and reduce the sun glare, but it will not make the room noticeably darker inside.
