I like the light scent of the oil, haven't tried the serum yet. I was, however, hoping the oil was more lightweight. The one disappointing part, is the pump doesn't work. I got about 2-3 pumps and is just won't work anymore. So, I have to open the top and dab out the oil instead of use the 2-3 pumps it calls for.

I have waited to finally open this product. The serum goes directly on scalp and according to the instructions both products are to be used on clean hair. The serum goes directly onto the scalp to promote scalp health. The hair oil has a silicone-like feel but it is completely silicone-free. It's made with a combination of oils. If you use too much it will make your hair greasy. Remember this is for intensive repair (think hay-like bleached hair). They have a separate line that's weightless. Both serum and hair oil have a fragrance. I used both on freshly showered hair. The oil was used on the ends only.

I like Hask products and have used them in the past. The duo is very budget friendly but I especially like the hair oil as I think it works great on my dry split ends, I also use it on my flyaways. But the pump dispenser is kinda hard to use. As for the serum (when I do remember to use it) works alright, though I see why this would be good for thinning hair since it does have rosemary oil in it. The applicator is very easy to dispense the serum and the scent of the two is very subtle but I do like it.

A few days ago, my hair was feeling frizzy and dry, and I was looking for a product to use on it when I glanced at the Hask hair oil. Perfect! Now, I couldn't get any to come out of the pump even after pumping 20-30 times, so removed the top and dripped some onto my hand. It kept my hair looking good that day, and it never got greasy. The scalp and hair serum made my scalp feel a little tingly, but it didn't leave any visible residue on my hair, which is good as I only wash it a couple times a week.

Really nice set of hair and scalp health products. I love the fresh tea tree scent. The hair oil spray was a bit heavy on my fine, thin hair so I passed it along to a friend with thicket hair who could use that type of product. The serum, however, was nice and light and absorbed into my scalp, and left no evidence of its presence on my head/hair once my hair was dry. This is really nice and I will continue to use. I love Hask products!!
