Complete reference to EXO chair!
It is THE reference to have if you have an EXO Pilates chair. Not many pages, but very comprehensive in content. Includes both basic Pilates chair workouts and exercises requiring cable attachments, which are available separately.

Not for me
I got this book with my Pilates Arc order. The free pdf from Balanced Body has better suited exercises for that this overpriced, imo, booklet.
