It is very good product for nightime use too. I often drink it before bed time it relaxes me leading to calm sleep. And I wake up feeling cleaner and lighter. Tea is very good but, the packaging is very bad, all individual tea bags are torn and all the ingredients open up in the tea cup and u can barely drink it. This is the second box I have ordered1st box had just open tea bags in a box and the 2nd had individual sachets for each tea bag but inside all tea bags were open from one side and all ingredients fell in the tea cup and water becomes dirty with everything floating and coming in mouth. Full box was like this and got wasted...!!
