I bought these magnesium tablets to help with my nerves, muscle recovery and overall well being. I bought the glycinate over the stearate because after careful research I found that the glycinate is more hormone friendly. I've been going to bed earlier and having a more rested feeling even if I don't sleep a full 8 hours. The size of the capsules don't bother me at all I would suggest blending in a smoothie if you have that issue I take no more than 3 in a day. Great product!

I highly recommend the Surebrand mag pills for sleep purposes. I take a couple of magnesium glycinate pills an hour before bedtime and I get super-relaxed and drowsy. Afterwards, it’s easier for me to go to sleep.

I got these for my 9 year old who was needing some extra magnesium (everyone can, honestly) and he takes them with no problem at all.

I love this for its allergy-friendliness and for its magnesium content. The smaller capsules are nice but having to take 3 of them is kind of too much for me. I personally take a lot of supplements and could not fit all 3 into my pill organizer with my usual meds so I used them for my son who also takes magnesium. He doesn't really mind taking 3 but would prefer 1 larger capsule. If you need an allergy-safe product and prefer a smaller capsule size these are an excellent choice.
