Not a long battery life
Not the best battery up time but easy to set up and does not disconnect like my Chromebook from the internet and virtual meetings.

Great purchase all around.
This is a terrific laptop for the price. I believe I got a fantastic deal. The 17+ inch touchscreen works beautifully. No mouse needed. It is very fast and responsive when browsing, doing e-mails or simply writing. Battery life is good. I searched for quite a while looking for a new laptop and believe this was by far the best of the bunch.

Do not buy from them!
Terrible service, the HP laptop went bad in a couple of weeks. Was directed to go to the HP service center to have them work on it. They said it was the worst harddrive errors they have ever seen. Recommended I return it for a refund since it would have many more issues even if they could fix it. Sent it back and the company that sold it said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and charged me a restock fee. Seems like this company has some dishonesty in its midst. I would never recommend buying from this company.
