Very sturdy, love the ease of set up, accessories and instructions. Love the programs. All around very happy.

I purchased the lifepro waiver vibration plate. Fast shipping it arrived a day early. Came with everything in the box. Resistant bands, remote control, a pack of 4 mini bands, and a power cord. The remote works great. Great value for the money. I like how it has a vibration level from 1 to 99. The instructions came with an exercise guide to help you get started. This was a great purchase. Look forward to using this with my daily workout routine.

Im excited to start using this vibration plate. It was packaged secure and is great quality. Im hoping this helps with my bone health as I was just told I have osteoporosis.

This vibration plate was a gift and both my husband and myself are obsessed! It is so easy to use and easy to store due to the perfect size of the plate fitting under our bed. The vibration levels go from 0 to 100 and make for a great workout in 15 minutes. As a user who has arthritis in their knees, I can confidently share I feel great while on the plate and feel strong when I'm done!

I received this as a Christmas present for my friend. I opened it Christmas morning and was surprised. It is very easy to use and built with quality. I signed up for the lifetime warranty since I didn’t get to open it up until Christmas hopefully the 14 day eligibility will be OK with life pro.
