This is a great shake! I love the flavor and the fact that there is only 1g of sugar per bottle. I feel like I’m splurging on an iced cappuccino when I drink one of these. It fills me up and is very satisfying. The texture is smooth, definitely not lumpy. I do shake each bottle before I drink it, but I’ve never noticed sediment at the bottom of the bottle. I love this shake and this flavor!

Love the flavor. Was cheaper than purchasing it from the store. Mainly purchased for the high protein content.

This one has a great taste other flavors not so much .

The Cafe Latte flavor tastes great with a nice coffee smell. Each bottle has 30g of protein, which keeps me full. I like to drink it after workouts or as a quick breakfast. It’s just a bit too sweet for me, so I’m giving 4 stars. Still a great product overall.

Makes great blended drinks. I'm not sure how much caffeine is in here, maybe too much for me. This tastes good and I use a couple tablespoons in a blended coffee drink.

The media could not be loaded. Our son is a very picky eater but he enjoys these mint protein shakes. It gives us some peace of mind that he is at least getting some nutrients! Great value amd high protein content. Doesn't seem to be clumpy amd has great health benefits!

Taste is ok but not nearly as good and thick texture wise as the Ensure Max Protein in the coffee flavor.
