I consider myself to be somewhat of an Alani connoisseur. I have had most of the flavors and some that I’ve never heard discussed. My second favorite to this would be retro rainbow. Oh, and then the berry pop one was pretty good too, so maybe that one ties the number one spot for sherbet swirl. My point is to say that this is delicious. It’s delicious plain on its own and tastes like a sherbet-bonus points if you make it a dirty Alani and add some creamer. I’ve never had any problems with leakage during package delivery. With 200 mg of caffeine, it gives me the perk that I need without any jitteriness. I was drinking two a day, but my doctor recently told me to chill out with it so I had to stop drinking two a day, but just to sayI would if I could because they are delicious
