My doctor recommended a urea cream. After reading all the reviews, I chose this one, and I'm so glad I did. It works great! The smoothness lasts all day and through the night. I like the lemony smell, too. It's not greasy and it's just the right consistency. I will be buying more of this.

Excellent cream for rough skin on feet. I suggest buy feet cover to wear on feet after putting on cream and leaving on over night to work its magic. Smooth feet now

This stuff is so awesome. My feet have been painfully cracked for so long, I've been trying everything-- heavy duty lotion and socks every night, foot files, etc and it was just getting worse and worse. This urea cream is the only thing that's made any difference, and my feet are almost baby smooth after a few weeks of using it! It's not greasy and there is no strong sent which I love. At first I was putting it on out of the shower and then putting socks on, but I realized that it was working better when I really rubbed it in good and let it dry for a little bit and left my socks off. Definitely follow the directions. It works miracles! A little tip to add- putting glycolic acid on before the urea cream made it work even faster!
