Do you need to buy both day and night oil

Sorry, I've only just seen this question, please accept my apologies. My short answer would be that you actually don't need both. My ethos is to design a range of products that will answer a customers' needs, and will fit around their lifestyle. I prefer to do this rather than being prescriptive and have customers trying to fit around the products. Therefore, if you already have a night time regime, and that's when you choose to lavish some time on yourself and your skin (as that's the time that fits into your lifestyle); then this Night Time Recovery Moisturiser would fit nicely into that. If you prefer to use the mornings for your skin care regime, then the Morning Recovery is designed for that purpose, and includes essential plant oils that are designed to freshen the skin and wake you up. I'd always recommend trying one, and if you like it, then think about trying the other two – they can be used together for all day / 24 hour skin care. They do the same job in slightly different ways, so can be used together if that's your preference – but it's not essential to do so. Hi would this be ok for sensitive skin

Hi, it was for mine, it bought me out in a rash for some reason although the green ‘daytime’ version didn’t . I’m a ginger so my skiing is pretty pathetic with most things.

What about SPF if to be used as daily moisturiser?

This product isn't intended as a sun-blocker and it's not intended to offer specific sun protection. It’s primary purpose is to introduce moisture to the skin to retain good skin health and elasticity. If sun protection is important to you, or your skin is particularly sensitive to sunlight, then you would need a product that clearly states is has SPF. Hope that helps.
