What is the sodium content?

People are reading the info incorrectly. There are 240mg of sodium per serving and 80mg of cholesterol.

what is the shelf life on sealed canned chicken like this?

I am not sure of the expiration date on our cans, but items that are canned like this will last many, many years. We keep canned goods like this in our emergency food supply. When we had to actually go into our emergency stock, following Hurricane Andrew in Baton Rouge, we ate some canned tuna and some chicken that were several years old, and they were fine.

It states no salt added, so why is there sodium in this ?

What Does It Taste Like?

It tastes like chicken breast meat... Which is what it is. Flavor is great. I use it to flavor rice, noodles, white chili, etc., as well as sandwich spreads and salads.
