My boyfriend drinks this in place of 3 cups of coffee in the morning. It gives him good nutrition, and a feeling of fullness so he doesn't eat alot thru out the day. He really likes it and the flavor.

The product does not dissolve fully in water as shown in video. It sticks to glass/cup and spoon which means about 25% is not making it into the body, it’s going down the drain. I reached out to Gundry support to ask about this. They said “we recommend letting the product sit in the water for 2-3 minutes to dissolve.” If this is the recommendation why it is not on the package?! I tried that and tried using a tablespoon of hot water, and still does not fully dissolve. Aside from product waste, I’m not seeing benefits in energy, mind clarity, or any gut health, as asserted would be the case in marketing materials. Waste of money for me. I missed the return date by a few days with Amazon as I wanted to give it a full 30-40 days, so my $$ is lost.

The flavor is not bad however it does not dissolve completely so sometimes you get chunks of the powder which I don’t like. I have not seen any results drinking this. I will not buy again.

I ordered the product as recommended by Gundry MD. The containers arrived were much smaller than pictured in the advertisements. I just started taking the MCT wellness and I’ll reserve comment until I’ve taken it for sometime to see whether or not it’s effective in making me feel better and reducing my weight.

I highly value Dr. Gundry's products. They genuinely improve my well-being and make managing my weight much easier. While the taste is not what initially attracts me, I reliably incorporate it into shakes that perfectly suit my palate. When I run out or miss a scoop in my morning routine, I certainly notice the absence. It keeps me full longer, prevents mid-morning hunger, and enhances my daily routine. I will definitely repurchase and confidently recommend it to others.

It resolves poorly and tastes awful. But since I’m not purchasing a desert I’ll persist. This is my first attempt. It resolves better in very warm water and ice cooled for palatable taste.
