I’ve bought this matcha in the can form for awhile. But because I’m traveling for a living, I need some small and easy packaging. This is really what I need. Now I can have nice real matcha everywhere I go without spending a lot of money on the sugary one. Taste also better, and giving you energy to do things all day long without jittering like coffee.

We drink a lot of matcha and most of it we bring back from Japan. I use for baseball games as they mix completely in cold water and taste quite good. These are a product of China but they are labeled 100% organic green tea. The taste is good and much better than oicha and on par Ippado IMHO.

This, to me, is a delicious and affordable matcha. I love the portability if the packets and all the benefits of l-theanine, EGCG, etc. I used to get the little jars before swapping for the packets, purely for convenience, as I am a very active woman. I exercise daily, intense cardio with strength training 5x week. The ONLY reason this gets 4 stars from me is that the packets contain double what is in the nutritional facts as a serving. I know because I would look at the powder sitting in my empty mug and wonder why there’s more than in a serving from the little jars. So I measured it and there’s about 2 teaspoons. So if you are sensitive to caffeine, just be a little aware that you’re getting around half the daily suggested amount of caffeine intake. My suggestion is to drink this with a little bit of extra l-theanine. I typically split a 100mg chewable and take it with the matcha. I have had many different brands of matcha tea. This matcha tasted awful. It was so bad I threw out the rest after tasting one pouch as well as the tea I made. So, this was a money loss and a lesson learned. Never will I buy matcha tea from China. Matcha from Japan has never tasted bad to me.

Quality matcha. Love the individual packets this product comes in because they make measuring and making my morning matchas effortless and convenient.
