Great tv stand, and really is perfect on carpet!
First reaction - packaging was absolutely perfect. Well packed, well organized, logical unpacking and simple guide to assemble. This is heavy, in a solid, subtantial way, and the assembly was easily done all by myself. It's bulky, so two people might be a a bit easier but I got it done doing a stack of books like it suggests, and then quick work of all the screws. The overall look and quality reflects really good value for the money - I looked at some of the cheaper options, one I bought and returned immediately, but this is definitely a keeper. Simple mount, even putting the big screen on by myself, and just creates a super clean look.My biggest fear was how it would work on carpeting - and it rolls with ease and is extremely stable. I bought a small shelf and a speaker bar shelf and, just like the rest, putting those on was a snap. Wires go into the stem without any challenge of squeezing or pushing to get all the stuff you want to hide into the tube. I bought a white box for all the base power cables and stuff, just to keep that uncluttered look, and it finished the job.If you are on the fence, spend the money (for me, the price was my initial concern). And, spend a couple extra dollars for the soundbar and cable tv box shelves, and a few bucks for a power strip/cord plugs box, and you have a very clean look! And if you haven't guessed - highly recommended!

Very well made!
This looks like no other TV stand I could find and it looks great! Very well designed, very well made. It does roll well, despite the small swiveling wheels, even on our Persian rugs, though I suspect it would not move well on a deep pile carpet. It is quite stable, and is fairly heavy to accomplish its stability. Assembly, though somewhat time consuming to do well, is straight forward with good pictorial directions. Unlike many "assemble it yourself" items, it actually comes with extra screws in case you drop one! Can't recommend it too highly!

Low profile and very sturdy TV stand. Very happy!
My kids were very skeptical when we unboxed this considering I have a very heavy, very large TV. They were able to put it together and get the TV set up in no time. We can roll it around the room, which is helpful because the room serves as a den and a guestroom when necessary. We are able to flex the space so much easier with the TV being able to be moved to the other side of the room. The rolling function is extremely smooth. The TV is very stable and we are really happy with this stand.

Pretty happy
Easy to put together and very sturdy. At some point, I'll probably order the shelf to support a sound bar. Only downside is the loud rumble created by the casters rolling over tile. If you have smooth flooring, you shouldn't have that problem.

Perfect TV “stand”
Best instructions provided in a long time. Classy and modern. Accommodates your changing of room furniture and layout. However, do wish there were more bracket choices to attach the TV to.

Great stand!!!
Albeit expensive, this unit is very well designed as to adjustability, ease of use, anti- tip safety, the multiple wheels hidden under the base.

It's a disaster stand designed for nice looks, but not to hold TV
Firstly, although the product seller claims that it was designed in Japan, "Made in China" label points to different manufacturing origin.THE GOOD:TV stand, quality, packaging are of quality. Product assembly well explained in included instructions (that's where my confidence that assembly was done properly).HERE IS THE DISASTER:My 75 inch, 83 lbs TV fell down and cracked LCD, essentially being destroyed, on the second day following assembly. Seller claims that product designed for TV up to 77 lbs, but I doubt that 5 lbs (over advertised maximum TV weight) made a difference.I can assure you, it was assembled exactly according to instructions, so there was no fault as you can see on the pictures.By the way, assembly instructions are pretty clear (although seller tastelessly speculated that I might not have installed secure locks, which they have no way of knowing – they were installed). It's not being sold by Amazon, it's a third-party seller, do not expect compensation if something happens to your TV (in my case they waved the charge for the stand after I provided photos of proper assembly). If you decide to bring a lawsuit, I imagine it will have to be in China.CONCLUSION:I will give credit to this product for quality and clear assembly instruction, but what good will it do if it leads to destruction of multi-thousand dollars TV uncompensated?
