El producto en general viene en buen estado, únicamente tiene ciertos detalles que viene golpeado/raspado. No afecta su funcionalidad sin embargo, lo correcto es que llegue en buen estado. Las cajas donde vienen no tienen ningún detalle, por lo que se asume que el golpe fue en el momento es que se empaquetó.
