I’ve been using this to get my steps in and it’s been working great even months later. Super easy to use for light exercise and cardio. The remote is easy to use, very straight forward. The incline is stable and doesn’t toggle at all. Also, the wheels make it easy to put away. Overall great purchase.

This is a piece of junk! If I could give it a negative star, I would. I was able to use this treadmill once. Then, the belt moved over to the right and got stuck. I have “fixed” it numerous times following their instructions. And every time I get on it, the belt either goes to the left or goes to the right, and I have to stop to adjust it. I cannot believe I ordered this I should’ve known from the price that this was not a good product. To make matters worse, I looked into returning this item. It turns out that the day I looked into returning it was the last day that I could return it and the return instructions said that I had to put it in a box and take it to the closest UPS store to send it back. I threw out the box because I was assuming that it was a good product. How wrong I was!! Also, I have no way of taking this treadmill to a UPS store. It’s heavy and it won’t fit in my car. So now I am stuck with another worthless piece of crap, and I still have two more payments on it. Yay.😡

I like this treadmill, it’s affordable and easy to use, but the belt issues throw my family and I through a loop. I received and unboxed the treadmill, it came with one bottle of oil, instructions manuals, and two tools to help tighten or loosen the treadmill belt. I followed all the instructions that came with the treadmill, I oiled it, and let it run. The next day I went to use it, everything was going good. I used it on the low setting so I could get the hang of it. But then the belt started slipping to the right of the treadmill while I was walking on it. I used the tools that it came with and read all the instructions on how to get the belt back straight, and it worked. When I went back walking on the treadmill it started going back to the right. I spent two weeks trying to get the belt to stay straight. I ending up trying to contact the manufacturer to get more information on how to fix the belt, because I actually really like the treadmill. But Amazon don’t have the correct information to contact the manufacturers, so I ended up having to get a partial refund.

I loooove my walking pad. I have only walked off of it a few times. It's kind of loud, so I turn it off during work calls. It also only let's you walk for an hour at a time. Comes reassembled.

The media could not be loaded. Love it. Small and easy to move and store. Not too loud. I needed a treadmill for work because sit all day. I was looking for a reasonably priced compact size treadmill and I’m so happy with this. It’s light enough for me to pick up and move with ease. The remote control makes it easy to change speeds while using. Has calorie, speed and time on screen. No fancy frills, but if you’re looking to knock out your steps like me, this does the trick!!!! Quality is A+. Setup included plugging it in!!! So easy.

I enjoy the convenience of the walking pad and it is small enough to slip under our low profile couches. However, my machine had two issues, one major and one small. The major issue is that the pad drags erratically while I'm walking on it. It's not squealing so I don't think it's an oil problem. It just starts to drag which is a trip hazard. I haven't fallen yet but I have had close calls. The small problem is the power button stopped working on day 3. It flips and lights but doesn't turn off the treadmill. So I just need to unplug to turn off which isn't a big deal for me. I'm returning mine because the Amazon chat didn't have a help-me-fix-it-myself option. I did enjoy the simplicity of this walking pad while I had it! The beeping is loud, like others have said, but it doesn't bother me.

My wife loves it! She's been able to keep a consistent routine every morning and is so happy. It slides right under couch which makes it so easy. It's also quiet.
