Wonderful stuff!
I was reluctant to buy this as was is not cheap. However, you can really taste the saffron flavour in dishes such as paella. I used a very small pinch but that was enough to perfectly season my paella. I've had many other quality brands in the past but needed a lot more to match the flavour of this saffron.
