What items are needed for complete treatment?

I used this for an outbreak of terrible bumps on my face caused by roseacea diagnosed by a dermatologist. The derm gave me an antibiotic and a very expensive cream. I tried this stuff first after researching it and I was just blown away at how fast this worked. Three days my bumps were drying up and after a week gone! Face was a little dry but it was worth it. It’s a bit stinky. I used it very very sparsely and once it cleared my face 4 months ago I’ve never had an out break again! Hope this helps. I did not use any other product with it!

Which cream is more effective, and which is more irritating, original formula or extra strength?

Sorry, I don't really know. I only tried it, then continued with tea tree oil, which also has rather vague strength and dosage but not the sulfur odor. I might try it again, so kept it. Good luck.

There's no expiration date. How long can it be stored?

I don’t think it would expire as it doesn’t have ingredients that would lose effectiveness
