The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product Ion Vinyl Transport my mother wanted it she has lot of collection of LPs and her old Player wasn't working properly so I ordered. And it turns out to be absolutely amazing my mother is also very happy and also thanks to Amazon for such great product, at such good affordable price also the sound quality is very good, but you can connect separate speakers in it over all its an amazing product guys go for this product it's very good thanks.

Received my order today in good condition. Though the user manual was not super clear I was able to setup the player. For future buyers, the stylus has a plastic cap covering the diamond-tipped ceramic stylus which needs to be removed. I was able to play my father-in-law's whole collection of vinyl records dating back to 1960s and I must say it was a pleasure listening to old Bollywood music on Ion. You don't really need an external speaker. The inbuilt speakers do a decent job. The only thing that bothered me was a missing black screw of the top panel behind the turn-table which made this piece of art incomplete. But I guess I will have to live with it. Otherwise a great product to own. Thanks Amazon for having this product listed and as always having a seamless buying experience!

I have recieved it in a great quality, I am using it from 3 months there is not a single problem I found in it . I RECOMMEND ALL THE COUSTMERS TO BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM WITHOUT ANY hesitation. 5 STARS TO SELLERTHANKS .

DId not find much luck with it. First of all I found the product very flimsy and delicate. External features can fool you with its bright colour and so on.My first irritation was regarding the plug. It had that flat version which meant that I had to find something that would take in this type of plug. Secondly when the LP was placed it wouldn't move. The power indication was visible through the little red light but for some reason it wouldn't move. We tried various different types of LPs but I think I received a defective piece. I have initiated a return, hope it goes through successfully.

It's a very good vinyl player for its cost. It looks very nice. Sound quality is reasonably good with internal speakers. You may face problem with 45 RPM records as they stop early if auto stop switch is on but they have mentioned this in their boucher and recommended not to use auto stop feature for 45 RPM records.All in all I am very happy with it.

The media could not be loaded. I don't know how i will get spare part. The needle of the unit is not working. I think it has broken or damaged.Can it be done?if yes,pl tell process

Classic tech from unknown companies usually doesn't turn out to be top class. This Ion Audio turntable was therefore a gamble, and it backfired on me.For one, the thing is flimsy plastic. Compared to the great quality of turntables of yesteryears, this Chinese abomination is wobbly in every way. From the base to the platform for the disc and pin array to the pin arm - everything feels like they're heading into retirement.No instructions are present so you never know what sizes and RPMs are supported. We could have wrecked the unit simply by adding the wrong record.But didn't, because the unit never turned on. That's right, the plug for the power socket at the back was of such poor quality that the included adapter wouldn't fit. Long story short, the thing never even worked.We would have gone for a replacement, but the build quality and lack of design meant we'd only get a rickety alternative at best. So we got a refund.Moral of the story : Either go for a good turntable like one from Audio Technica or stick to MP3. The Chinese may be good at various tech, but vintage precision still eludes them.

Bought this product for family and we are so grateful to Amazon and Ion Audio...It;s such a nice Vinyl Player. All our old records have come alive and we are thoroughly enjoying them. Very Nice product. No Damage, Product delivered with utmost care. Plays 33 and 45 rpm records flawlessly. we dont have any 78 rpm records so not really bothered about it.
