Unfortunately, I received a non working unit from Ooma sales. Ooma was ready to make the switch but they cannot ship internationally and I’m currently traveling overseas. Amazon had the same unit Ooma provisioned, was able to get it to me overseas in 4 days and it is working beautifully! Thank you very much.

Phone does not work...tried to contact customer service but haven't been able to speak to anyone

No need to buy another telephone or another system...

I ordered this phone when I ordered Ooma because this phone says in the title and the description that it an ooma phone.... Its Not!.... I plugged it into my ooma once I got ooma working and it would not make or receive calls. So I called ooma tech support, which is terrible btw, and after spending an hour with them troubleshooting, then they asked me the model number of the phone and they said its not a supported phone.Dont buy this phone if you are expecting to use it with ooma. False advertising!

This phone does not work. Bought at height of shut down. Got a new cord, new modem and it still didn't work. Spent countless hours on the phone with cable company to no avail. Unfortunately spent a lot of time trouble shooting and the return window has "closed." I feel this should be extended because during shut down it took longer to trouble shoot and obtain items and talk with people on the phone.

Love the phone, Hate Ooma. I joined Ooma business on a 30 day trial. they billed my card on the 4th day, would not respond to chat or emails for over 10 days. When I did get an email reply they stated that the promo was only 7 days, (I don't agree) so I asked why I was charged only 4 days in with no reply. got billed again, they billed the amount of the business service I agreed too, the next day I was billed again for aprox $10 bucks. After a long wait again for a response I was told the $10 was taxes and fees on my service. if that were the case, taxes would be charged at 30%? I think not. TOTAL NIGHTMARE! now I am stuck with 2 phones I cant use anywhere else as they were provisioned for Ooma. Don't waste your money!
